Our Services

  • Dementia/Alzeheimer's Care

Our care focus on providing a safe, structured and nurturing environment for our memory loss patients. In addition to our usual hygiene/grooming, nutritional support, medication management, we also provide meaningful engagement through puzzles/games, art and music. We are trained in handling the challenging symptoms like wandering, aggression, paranoia or “sundowners”. We provide companionship to reduce isolation through shared activities.

  • Companionship

Our companion care is more than assistance, it’s a connection. We provide personalized one-on-one social interaction that combats loneliness and isolation. Services are tailored to individual habits, interests and needs ensuring the care evolves as the patient’s requirements change. We help handle daily tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders and transportation to and from appointments, errands, grocery shopping and organizing of the home.

  • Post Hospital Care

In home care after a hospital stay significantly improves recovery by reducing the risk of readmission. Our support is tailored specifically to the patient’s individual routine, comfort preference and recovery goals, which can speed up the healing process. Our caregivers act as a bridge between hospital discharge and returning to normal life, ensuring that recovery protocol such as nutrition, pain management and physical activity are consistently followed.

  • Respite Care

Our caregivers provide essential relief by allowing the loved ones to step away from the care giving duties to rest, attend to personal tasks and manage their own health. We offer flexible, reliable support ranging from a few hours a week to a whole week away or more. Our professional assistance ensures your loved one remains safe and comfortable in their own home while the family can recharge and focus on their own needs without worry or guilt.

  • End of Life Support

We provide patients with comfort, dignity and personalized support within the familiarity or their own homes. By managing physical pain, symptoms and daily tasks, our services allow families to focus on spending meaningful time together rather than on logistics. Our flexible care plan respects the patient’s autonomy, daily routines and specific wishes regarding their end-of-life experience.

  • Transitional Care

We streamline the transition by coordinating discharge plans, managing medication adherence and implement fall-prevention strategies, which are the leading causes of returning to the hospital. We provide a customized schedule for bathing, meals, and exercise tailored specifically to the individual’s recovery pace. We monitor for symptoms to help prevent complications.

  • Parkinson's Care

Our focus is to manage both the motor symptoms (movement) and the non-motor symptoms (cognitive/emotional) that come with Parkinson’s. With the high risk of falls, we try to promote a proactive approach to physical safety. We realize timing is critical with medications and work to implement a reminder system to ensure medications are taken exactly as prescribed and on time. When swallowing becomes a concern, we prepare “Parkinson’s friendly” meals that are nutrient-rich yet easy to chew and swallow.
